11/1/2012: Rome Travel Book

I've always planned to travel to Rome someday, and this travel book is the one my grandparents used when they visited the city back in the 70s. I can vaguely recall them going, seeing pictures when they got back, getting the postcard and such. That's one thing I remember about them from when I was very young, they always seemed to be traveling off to somewhere exciting. And of course bringing me (their favorite grandson) souvenirs back.

10/23/2012: Camera Bag

This camera bag also doubled as a carry-on bag for my quick trip to Chicago to watch the Bear's MNF game. It is NOT a a man purse as some may call it. It's a satchel. Indiana Jones wears one.

Clear of course so the the crack team of TSA agents manning our nation's airports can check for bricks of C4 explosives in amongst the travel.size toothpaste and deodorant.

This Vegas photo is of me, one of my oldest friends (measured by how long I've know him not his age though he's probably pretty high on that list too...) and one of my favorite things about going to Vegas, getting a football sized Captain and Coke. See, it's a drink big enough to be served in a football. IN A FOOTBALL. How sweet is that?

9/19/2012: Rattlesnake Figurine

A memento my parents brought back from their recent road trip west. My mom text me from Fort Cody (a favorite childhood stop on the way to visit family in Denver) and asked if I wanted anything. They always had these cool rattlesnakes encased in plastic so I replied I wanted one of those and my folds were kind enough to bring me this rattlesnake figurine.

7/3/2012: Deodorant (Travel Size)

Keep in mind I'm on the road and don't have access to all my stuff. Still I do like travel sizes of the things. Makes me feel like a giant when I told them!
